I am . . . The Hidden Illness Advocate
Turning Invisible Struggles into Visible Strengths

In my first year as a high school PE teacher, a life-changing diagnosis of multiple sclerosis turned my world upside down. That pivotal moment ignited a 20-year journey, driving me toward a clear mission: to advocate for individuals living with multiple sclerosis and other hidden illnesses. I am committed to reshaping how we view ourselves and challenging societal misconceptions. My goal is to empower those navigating unseen challenges, encouraging them to embrace their strength and live fearlessly.

I aim to cut through the noise with authentic, fact-based insights drawn from science and my personal experiences. No fluff, no filler—just the practical information you need to thrive. Whether it's navigating constant change or turning setbacks into springboards for success, I'm here to empower you to tackle any challenge confidently.

Though I hold a Ph.D. in Teacher Development, I’m more than just an academic. I’m a best-selling author, dynamic keynote presenter, TEDx speaker, influencer, and digital content creator.
